The Village of East Dundee has received some calls from residents regarding discolored water. The Village’s recently completed Spring Hydrant Flushing Program should significantly reduce discolored water in the system. The Village also made some adjustments to our water treatment process which are expected to eliminate the discolored water. Despite the minimal discoloring of the water that some residents are experiencing, the Village’s water remains safe to consume and use otherwise.
