The Public Works Department responds to emergency situations, such as water main breaks or sewer backups, any time of day or night. To report such a situation during the hours of 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, please contact Public Works directly at (847) 426-2822. If it is outside of normal working hours, please call 9-1-1, and the appropriate personnel will be contacted. Please use the Service Request Center for other requests such as:
