In an effort to enhance commercial properties within the Dundee Crossings Business Development District, the Village has revised its Façade Improvement Program (DCCFIP) which now includes ADA improvement funding for applicable applicants. While applications will be considered on a rolling basis, commercial property owners and businesses within the Village’s Dundee Crossings Business Development District are encouraged to submit a completed application as soon as possible. For details, download the program's policy and application. Projects must be completed by December 30th which is the end of the fiscal year.
