The administration department is under the direction of the Village Administrator. The Village Administrator is appointed by the Village President and Board of Trustees and serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Village's day-to-day operations. In addition, the administration department, along with the finance department, prepares the annual budget. The administration department compiles the agendas for the Village Board and Committees, handles and coordinates Freedom of Information (FOIA) requests, public information activities, and general inquiries to Village services. All department heads report to the Village Administrator.
